Fabrication of Containment Vessels (CV) for the AP1000 Project in Poland, Unit 2 and 3: Project management, material procurement and receipt, preparation of fabrication drawings and procedures (welding, coating), work and assembly plans, quality and inspection plans, shop lifting and handling plans, transportation and testing plans, welding documentation, personnel and process qualifications, and schedules. Also included are documentation for on-site lifting, handling, and movement operations, process qualification procedures and demonstration plans for critical processes, fabrication based on existing Westinghouse fleet design, cleaning, marking, painting, and packaging, Non-Destructive Examination (NDE) and other testing (e.g., hydrostatic testing), and an NQA-1 based Quality Assurance Program with quality control and maintenance of required Quality Assurance Data Packages.
