Accessibility improvement works in common areas of multi-family residential buildings within the Habitats de Haute-Alsace portfolio, as call-off orders under a multi-award framework agreement: adaptation, conformity assessment, and modernization of electrical installations; replacement, creation, or adaptation of floor coverings and tactile paving systems; painting, signage, visual contrast, and orientation aids to improve accessibility for persons with reduced mobility or visual impairment; ancillary services including dismantling, substrate preparation, finishing, waste removal, and restoration. Works may concern the entire property portfolio and will take place in occupied premises, potentially involving materials or products covered by sub-section 4 of the Labor Code. Employees of awarded companies must be qualified for such interventions where required.
