Plastering and Drywall Works

Plastering and drywall works in residential units and common areas of Habitats de Haute-Alsace properties: removal of existing structures, supply and installation of plasterboard partitions and linings, repair and restoration of substrates, rendering works, creation of formwork and technical cladding, and interventions on false ceilings. Services are performed as needed by the landlord via purchase orders. Interventions may take place in premises or on materials potentially containing asbestos; certain services may fall under sub-section 4 of the Labor Code. The contractor must possess the necessary qualifications, authorizations, procedures, and means. The contract is a framework agreement with purchase orders and a maximum value. It will be awarded to a maximum of 3 candidates. The estimated value of the contract corresponds to the maximum contract amount and includes all renewal periods.
