Job Search and Career Coaching for the Raasepori Region

Job search and career coaching services for the Raasepori employment area: The target group consists of working-age job seekers who require support with job searching, career planning, or applying for training. This primarily includes unemployed clients, as well as furloughed and non-unemployed clients (e.g., those on zero-hour contracts, part-time employees, full-time students, and entrepreneurs). Clients may lack vocational training or be considering a career change, and may have health difficulties or other obstacles affecting employment, but must have work capacity for at least a work trial or part-time work. Sufficient language proficiency and basic IT skills in Finnish, Swedish, and English are required for participation without an interpreter; sign language interpretation will be provided by the service provider. The service provider must be capable of offering targeted groups for job seekers under 30, long-term unemployed, those over 50, and highly educated individuals.
