Architectural services for the new school building of Max-Ulrich-von-Drechsel-Realschule Regenstauf: basic services for service phases 4-9 for building and interior design planning according to § 34 para. 3 HOAI 2021, Part 3, Section 1 in conjunction with Annex 10 HOAI 2021, SiGeKo services according to § 8.1 of the HAV-KOM contract, and special services. The new school building, with a main usable area of approx. 5,000 m², will be connected to the existing canteen building and sports facilities. Planning and realization must meet at least the KfW 40 efficiency house standard, considering sustainability, accessibility, wood as a building material, CO2-neutral energy supply, high energy efficiency, low greenhouse gas emissions, low life cycle costs, and high quality of stay and use. Service phase 7 (assistance with procurement) is valued at 3%. Construction is planned to start in spring 2027, with completion by the school year change 2028/2029. Excluded are demolition works (except for canteen connection), outdoor facilities, and specialist planning services for technical equipment and energy consulting. The measure is subject to funding regulations.
