Architectural design competition for the redevelopment of the sports complex in Saint-Tropez: Comprehensive redevelopment of the COSEC site on Chemin des Salins, including a new municipal swimming pool, two multi-sport halls, a silo car park topped with a sports plateau, a seasonal workers' village, a rehabilitated villa, a technical building, a city stadium, and overall landscape treatment. The project covers a parcel of 33,482 m², a project perimeter of approximately 21,584 m², and a built footprint of approximately 7,251 m². The operation is conducted on an occupied site with strict phasing to ensure full commissioning by the end of 2032. The estimated budget for the works is 29,622,600 € net (35,547,120 € gross) as of June 2026, covering demolitions, gutting, temporary installations, conservative measures for occupied site phasing, roads, various networks, and external landscaping, excluding fees, furniture, and asbestos removal. The competition is a restricted design competition based on a preliminary sketch (esquisse +) and is organized in two phases: a candidacy phase where a maximum of three applicants are selected, and a project phase with anonymous submission of designs. Following the competition, negotiations will take place with the laureate(s) for the master planning contract; further items as per the tender documents.
