Architectural design competition for the redevelopment of the COSEC sports complex in Saint-Tropez: Restricted competition based on a preliminary design (Esquisse +) to select a general planner for the comprehensive redevelopment of the COSEC sports complex. The complex replaces an aging, dispersed facility with a new, clear, and shared sports center comprising eight components: a new municipal swimming pool, two multi-sport halls, a multi-storey car park with a sports plateau, a seasonal workers' village, a rehabilitated villa, a technical building, a city stadium, and comprehensive landscaping. The project covers a plot area of 33,482 m², a project perimeter of approx. 21,584 m², and a floor area of approx. 13,946 m². Implementation will occur on an occupied site with strict phasing to ensure continuity of public service, with full commissioning by the end of 2032. The estimated financial envelope for the construction works is €29,622,600 excl. VAT (€35,547,120 incl. VAT) at 2026 values. The competition is two-phased: Phase 1 (applications) to select three candidates, Phase 2 (project submission) at preliminary design (Esquisse +) level.
