Notice title: Arten-Monitoring nach Artikel 11 und 17 der FFH-Richtlinie in Sachsen-Anhalt: Vollständiger Durchgang des Stichprobenmonitorings des Feldhamsters (Bundes- und Landesmonitoring) 2027-2028
Common Hamster Monitoring according to Articles 11 and 17 of the FFH Directive in Saxony-Anhalt: Preparation, execution, evaluation, and documentation of a complete monitoring cycle in the investigation years 2027 and 2028. The service includes the selection of suitable investigation areas within predefined land pools, coordination with land users and managers, field surveys according to methodological guidelines, and the recording and evaluation of population and habitat-related parameters. Each of the eleven monitoring areas in Saxony-Anhalt is to be processed once, with the work generally divided approximately equally between 2027 and 2028 (deviations up to 10% allowed). Per monitoring area, the designated federal monitoring areas and the state monitoring area pools are to be processed. Approximately 350 ha of arable land are to be investigated per monitoring area, of which about 70 ha constitute the actual mapping area. Mappings are to be carried out according to vegetation and harvest development, including independent deployment and scheduling. Also included are the input and processing of all collected data, the creation of an interim report for 2027, and a final report for 2027/2028. Deliverables include reports, data tables, digital photos, overview and thematic maps, ESRI-Shapefiles, and database files. Regular technical coordination, typically monthly project meetings, will take place.
