Medicinal products with Atomoxetine (hard capsules)
Conclusion of non-exclusive discount agreements according to § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V: For finished medicinal products with the active ingredient Atomoxetine (ATC: N06BA09) in hard capsule dosage form, under an open-house model. Contracts can be concluded at any time with any qualified pharmaceutical company under the same conditions; individual contract negotiations will not take place. The earliest contract start date is 01.10.2026, the maximum contract duration is 24 months, ending on 30.09.2028. Contracts may be terminated prematurely if exclusive contracts are tendered. This is not a public contract according to § 103 GWB.
