Medicinal products with the active ingredient Tocilizumab
Discount agreements for finished medicinal products with the active ingredient Tocilizumab (ATC: L04AC07): non-exclusive contracts according to § 130a para. 8 SGB V within an open-house model. Any pharmaceutical company meeting the participation requirements can join at any time under the same conditions; individual negotiations do not take place. The earliest contract start is 01.10.2026, with a maximum duration of 24 months, ending on 30.09.2028. Contracts may be terminated if AOK Sachsen-Anhalt tenders exclusive contracts for the active ingredients. This is not a public contract according to § 103 GWB.
