Medicinal products with the active ingredient Naproxen
Discount agreements for finished medicinal products with the active ingredient Naproxen (ATC: M01AE02): Conclusion of non-exclusive contracts according to § 130a Abs. 8 SGB V under an open-house model. Contracts can be concluded at any time with any qualified pharmaceutical company under the same conditions, without individual negotiations. The earliest contract start is 01.10.2026, with a maximum duration of 24 months. The contract ends no later than 30.09.2028. If AOK Sachsen-Anhalt tenders exclusive contracts for the active ingredients during the term, existing contracts will be terminated.
