Pharmaceutical Discount Agreements for Colecalciferol (Non-Prescription Range)

Pharmaceutical discount agreements for the active ingredient Colecalciferol (ATC A11CC05), excluding the prescription range: Conclusion within an "Open House model" with all interested pharmaceutical companies. The contracts are non-exclusive, feature uniform conditions and terms, without individual negotiations. The maximum contract duration is 24 months, with the earliest contract start on 01.10.2026. All contracts terminate no later than 24 months after the earliest contract start date. Joining is possible monthly, with a right of termination of 6 weeks to the end of the month. AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland reserves the right to replace these non-exclusive contracts with exclusive discount agreements from Europe-wide tenders, which will automatically terminate the Open House contracts. Contract documents must be submitted electronically with a qualified electronic signature via email to am_vertraege@rps.aok.de or in duplicate written form (scan via email in advance) to AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland, Strategisches Vertragsmanagement Arzneimittel, Virchowstraße 30, 67304 Eisenberg. Access to tender documents for pharmaceutical companies is granted after registration and activation in the project room on www.dtvp.de. For a contract start on 01.10.2026, documents must be submitted by 31.08.2026. Later contract conclusions are possible monthly, with submission of documents no later than the end of the month preceding the desired contract start's previous month. This publication serves transparency and does not constitute the award of a public contract within the meaning of Directive 2014/24/EU.
