Discount agreements for the active ingredient Miglustat (ATC A16AX06): Conclusion under an Open House model with all interested pharmaceutical companies, based on uniform, non-exclusive conditions. The maximum contract duration is 24 months, with the earliest contract start on 01.10.2026. All contracts will terminate no later than 24 months after the earliest contract start date. Entry is possible monthly, with a termination period of 6 weeks to the end of the month. AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland reserves the right to replace these Open House agreements with exclusive tenders. Submission of contract documents is preferably electronic with a qualified electronic signature via email to am_vertraege@rps.aok.de, or in duplicate in written form to AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland, Strategisches Vertragsmanagement Arzneimittel, Virchowstraße 30, 67304 Eisenberg. Documents are accessible via www.dtvp.de after registration and activation. For a contract start on 01.10.2026, the submission deadline is 31.08.2026.
