Drug discount agreements for the active ingredient Naproxen (ATC M01AE02): Conclusion of non-exclusive contracts under an Open House model with pharmaceutical companies; maximum contract duration 24 months, earliest contract start 01.10.2026, all contracts end no later than 24 months after the earliest contract start. Accession possible monthly on the first, termination right 6 weeks to month-end. Submission of documents preferably electronically with a qualified electronic signature via email to am_vertraege@rps.aok.de or in duplicate hard copy (scan first via email) to AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland, Virchowstraße 30, 67304 Eisenberg. Deadline for contract start 01.10.2026 is 31.08.2026; for later starts, documents must be received by the end of the month preceding the desired contract start. The AOK reserves the right to replace Open House contracts with exclusive discount agreements. Only pharmaceutical companies are considered as potential contractors.
