Drug Discount Agreements for Atomoxetine (Open House Model)

Drug discount agreements for the active ingredient Atomoxetine (ATC N06BA09): Conclusion within a non-exclusive Open House model with uniform conditions and no individual negotiations. The contract duration is a maximum of 24 months, with the earliest contract start on 01.10.2026. All contracts end no later than 24 months after the earliest contract start. Entry is possible monthly on the first day of each month within the 24-month period. A right of termination exists with 6 weeks' notice to the end of the month. AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland reserves the right to replace the Open House contracts with exclusive discount agreements from Europe-wide tenders during the term, which will automatically terminate the Open House contracts. Contract documents must be submitted electronically with a qualified electronic signature via email to am_vertraege@rps.aok.de or in duplicate written form (scan first via email) to AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland, Strategisches Vertragsmanagement Arzneimittel, Virchowstraße 30, 67304 Eisenberg. Access to tender documents is granted after registration and activation for pharmaceutical companies on www.dtvp.de. For a contract start on 01.10.2026, documents must be submitted by 31.08.2026. Subsequent contract conclusions are possible monthly, with submission of documents no later than the end of the month preceding the desired contract start.
