Drug discount agreements for Trastuzumab (s.c. dosage form, ATC L01FD01)

Discount agreements for the active ingredient Trastuzumab (s.c. dosage form, ATC L01FD01): Conclusion within an Open House model with all interested pharmaceutical companies under uniform, non-exclusive conditions. The maximum contract duration is 24 months, with the earliest contract start on 01.10.2026. All contracts end no later than 24 months after the earliest contract start. Entry is possible monthly on the first day of the month. There is a termination right of 6 weeks to month-end. AOK Rheinland-Pfalz/Saarland reserves the right to replace these Open House contracts with exclusive discount agreements, which will automatically terminate the Open House contracts. Contract documents must be submitted electronically with a qualified signature via email to am_vertraege@rps.aok.de or in duplicate in written form (scan to email beforehand). The submission deadline for a contract start on 01.10.2026 is 31.08.2026; for later contract starts, documents must be received by the end of the month preceding the desired contract start.
