Drug Rebate Agreements according to § 130a para. 8 SGB V, Admission Model 2026-10
Conclusion of rebate agreements according to § 130a para. 8 SGB V for pharmaceutical companies or working groups of pharmaceutical companies as per § 4 para. 18 German Medicines Act (AMG). Conditions are fixed and non-negotiable. Contract conclusion or accession occurs by submitting signed declarations/proofs and contracts via mail or email with a qualified electronic signature. The earliest contract start date is 01.10.2026 if documents are received by 11.09.2026; otherwise, it is the 1st of the following month if received by the 5th of the month, or the 1st of the month after next. Contracts automatically terminate upon the determination of new contract partners through a formal award procedure, but no later than 30.09.2028. The final deadline for accession is 05.08.2028.
