Asbestos and lead diagnostic missions for all buildings in the City of Colombes: diagnostics to assess the presence of asbestos and lead; asbestos diagnostics before rehabilitation and demolition works (search, identification, and localization of asbestos-containing materials); sampling of bituminous coatings by coring, with optional simultaneous PAH search; creation of asbestos technical files and summary sheets; updating existing asbestos technical files and summary sheets; lead diagnostics before works and demolition (search, identification, and localization of lead-containing materials); lead wipe sampling; measurements of airborne asbestos fiber dust (air sampling, analysis, and counting); visual inspections after asbestos removal works (1st and 2nd restitution); control of works in the presence of lead (CTPP) via visual examination; measurements of lead dust concentration on the floor before restitution of premises after lead works (dust sampling and analysis of lead concentration). The order value for the initial contract and each renewal is limited to 500,000.00 EUR net annually.
