Object planning for the energy-efficient renovation of the single sports hall at Engelbert-Kaempfer-Gymnasium, built in 1977: Reduction of primary energy demand by 57.8% and CO2 emissions by 44.4% through measures on the building envelope, ventilation system (currently without heat recovery), heat generation and distribution, and lighting. Temporary dismantling and reassembly of a rooftop PV system is planned. The renovation also includes achieving barrier-free access according to DIN 18044 Part 1 in the equipment room, two control rooms with WCs and showers, two changing areas with WCs and showers, ancillary areas, and the entrance area. Implementation of the requirements of the grant decision from the Detmold district government dated 31.10.2024 is part of the planning service.
