Consultancy services for cross-border aviation procurement: Development of a common framework for cooperation in the procurement and financing of regional air transport services in Northern Sweden, Finland, and Norway, as part of the Interreg Aurora project FAIR 3. The project runs from 01.06.2026 to 31.12.2027. Services include investigating legal and administrative conditions, collecting market data, identifying applicable European practices, and creating practical procurement, cost-sharing, and scenario tools. The aim is to resolve legal and administrative obstacles to cross-border procurement of regional air transport services by developing frameworks and models for municipalities, regional authorities, airports, and other public actors.
