Outreach Coaching (ACo) for Jobcenter Ludwigsburg Participants

Outreach Coaching (ACo): Activation and stabilization of participants and households, establishment of constant contact with the Jobcenter, stabilization of living conditions, development of a stable daily routine, reduction of severe and multiple obstacles, individual and sustainable addressing of integration setbacks, promotion of social group skills, intensive support for problems, initiation of systematic assistance (e.g., connection to social integration services), enabling stress-free daily life management, active support for cooperation with doctors, banks, authorities (including potential changes in purchasing/consumption behavior), development of a direct, timely follow-up perspective for participation in other non-market measures, and, ideally, identification of first realistic career prospects and imparting elementary key qualifications (punctuality, concentration, workplace behavior).
