Elevator systems for Bamberg Education Center

Delivery and installation of elevator systems for the Bamberg Education Center: including packaging, materials according to construction drawings and descriptions, setup and commissioning by specialist fitters. Costs for accommodation, allowances, travel expenses are to be included in the offer prices. Services include provision of test weights and auxiliary staff for acceptance, lubricants for initial commissioning, pit set and pit access, delivery and installation of shaft lighting according to EN 81 with changeover switch (switchable from control cabinet and pit, including Schuko socket), delivery of warning and load signs, description of the elevator system and control, general maintenance instructions and system drawings, a hand lamp, two emergency release keys, disposal of packaging materials, broom-clean final cleaning including shaft space, corrosion protection for all steel parts (except functionally bare surfaces), repair of damage, safety paint for all rotating parts, automatic evacuation system to the next floor in case of power failure via buffer battery, delivery of load hooks and/or anchor rails in the shaft head for load transport (installation or replacement) with indication of load capacity. Spare parts availability of ≥ 10 years for installed components must be guaranteed; in case of product discontinuation, replacement solutions are to be offered.
