Delivery, installation, connection, and commissioning of a recessed vehicle lift for cars and light commercial vehicles with a minimum load capacity of 3.5 t: The lift is intended for use in a training and workshop environment, suitable for regular use, varying vehicle types, and robust workshop demands. Vehicle reception occurs at designated pick-up points using adjustable support arm or reception devices. The system is to be installed as an underfloor lift in a concrete pit provided by the client, aiming for a flush, drivable workshop surface when lowered. Required features include a reliable lifting, lowering, and synchronization mechanism with smooth, low-jerk, and low-noise movements, as well as safety devices against unintentional lowering, incorrect operation, pinch points, and unsynchronized movement. The reception devices must securely accommodate different vehicle geometries, featuring adjustable, telescopic, or equivalent reception systems including height-adjustable, anti-slip, and vehicle-friendly support plates. Operation is via a separate control element for wall or pillar mounting with a lockable main switch or equivalent safety option; operating, fault, and safety statuses must be clearly identifiable.
