Installation of lift systems: A barrier-free passenger lift 630 kg in rope-driven design with machine in shaft head, single-sided floor doors (two-part sliding door according to EN81 made of stainless steel, right-opening), accessible control panel with tactile lettering, passive fire control, priority control via key switch, 4 single-sided stops (3 x side 1, 1 x side 2), travel height 8,680 mm, travel speed 1.0 m/s, reusable cabin protection equipment with PVC windows, and shaft smoke extraction (central unit with smoke suction device for controlling a 24 V louver damper, power-off reset, certified according to DIN EN 12101-2 for roof and wall installation). A barrier-free, machine-room-less freight lift 3,200 kg in a newly constructed in-situ concrete shaft, rope-driven design with gearless frequency-controlled three-phase drive, adjustable computer-controlled travel curve setting, shaft with guide rails, double-sided opening four-leaf cabin doors according to EN 81 made of stainless steel (single-sided right-opening), double-sided opening four-leaf shaft doors according to DIN 18091 (building authority approval for fire-resistant shafts according to DIN 4102, material V2A), shaft equipment with mobile aluminum ladder approx. 3 m, shaft smoke extraction (central unit with smoke suction device in conjunction with emergency power-supplied smoke extraction control unit, lift shaft ventilation lamella with fixing lugs and motorized drive), dynamic fire control, 4 stops [1 x single-sided (1st floor), 3 x through-loader (basement, ground floor, 2nd floor)], key switch in cabin control panel for special trip, travel height 9,660 mm, travel speed 1.0 m/s, reusable cabin protection equipment with PVC windows, and shaft smoke extraction (central unit with smoke suction device for controlling a 24 V louver damper, power-off reset, certified according to DIN EN 12101-2 for roof and wall installation) in conjunction with emergency power-supplied smoke extraction control unit. Both lifts include user training, 4-fold execution of revision documents in paper and on data stick, and expert acceptance.
