Additionally, pipeline installations in five construction phases: 1st phase energy workshop with 200 m plastic wastewater pipes (SW+RW) DN 100-200, 4 concrete cleaning shafts, 1 wastewater pumping station, 55 m plastic drinking water pipes DN 40, 1 fire extinguishing well including pump technology, 250 m plastic jacketed cooling pipes DN 80-100, 260 m plastic jacketed district heating pipes DN 32-65, 350 m² shoring for ice storage (sheet pile wall), 960 m high-voltage underground cables, 160 m earthing/potential equalization (stainless steel strip), 160 m FM/IT, FM/LWL outdoor cables, and 400 m cable protection pipes up to DN160. 2nd phase House 2+3 with 80 m plastic wastewater pressure pipe (SW) DN 80, 180 m plastic drinking water pipes DN 32-50, 380 m plastic jacketed cooling pipes DN 40-80, 380 m plastic jacketed district heating pipes DN 32-50, 1,200 m high-voltage underground cables, 250 m earthing/potential equalization (stainless steel strip), 880 m FM/IT, FM/LWL outdoor cables, and 250 m cable protection pipes up to DN160. 3rd phase House 1 to info point with 30 m plastic wastewater pipes (SW) DN 100-150, 50 m plastic wastewater pressure pipe (SW) DN 80, renovation of a wastewater pumping station (concrete shaft renovation and pump technology), 1 grease separator NG 4 and sampling shaft, 180 m plastic drinking water pipes DN 32-80, 180 m plastic jacketed cooling pipes DN 32-65, 170 m plastic jacketed district heating pipes DN 32-40, 420 m high-voltage underground cables, 210 m earthing/potential equalization (stainless steel strip), and 420 m FM/IT, FM/LWL outdoor cables. 4th phase energy workshop to study house with 260 m plastic jacketed cooling pipes DN 80, 260 m plastic jacketed district heating pipes DN 32, and 720 m FM/IT, FM/LWL outdoor cables. 5th phase energy workshop to PV system with 600 m high-voltage underground cables, 300 m earthing/potential equalization (stainless steel strip), 600 m FM/IT, FM/LWL outdoor cables, and 300 m cable protection pipes up to DN160.
