Outdoor Areas and Track Systems

Demolition and new construction of outdoor areas and track systems: Demolition of approx. 700 m² paved areas, approx. 350 m curbs, approx. 10 cable shafts, and approx. 1,500 m³ earth excavation. New construction includes approx. 4,200 m subgrade, approx. 25 concrete drainage shafts (DN 800 - 1200), approx. 480 m plastic drainage pipes (DN 110 to DN 310), approx. 300 m plastic water supply lines, approx. 38 pcs. concrete cable shafts (Gr IV to IX), approx. 3,000 m plastic empty conduits (DN 110) in cable trays (1-20-way), approx. 150 m buried electrical cables, approx. 30 pcs. individual in-situ concrete foundations for technical installations, approx. 1,800 m³ frost protection and gravel base layers, approx. 500 m² concrete track slab. Furthermore, installation of 4 pcs. grooved rail switches on concrete track slab, approx. 175 m tie rod track on concrete track slab, approx. 345 m sleeper track with concrete grouting, approx. 95 m Vignole track on individual supports, approx. 7 m Vignole track with full grouting, 5 pcs. fixed buffer stops, approx. 96 m rails (profile S20) on individual supports, approx. 46 pcs. track drainage boxes, approx. 50 pcs. track connection boxes, approx. 1,000 m rail foot sheathing, approx. 180 pcs. tie rod sheathing, approx. 2,000 m chamber filling elements for grooved rails inside/outside. Additionally, approx. 150 m³ tree substrate, approx. 600 m³ gravel base layer, approx. 1,600 m concrete curbs, approx. 30 m concrete wall panels, 12 pcs. tree pits, approx. 3,800 m² asphalt base course, approx. 150 m² asphalt binder course, approx. 3,800 m² asphalt wearing course, and approx. 2,000 m rail joint sealing.
