Exterior doors and windows for the modernization of Olgastraße 9 and 13: For Olgastraße 9, a listed building being converted for residential use, this includes the partial replacement of existing windows according to historic replica, refurbishment of windows replaced after 2010, and replacement of glazing according to sound insulation requirements. Furthermore, maintenance work on existing windows (fine adjustment, skylight maintenance, tilt-and-turn fitting maintenance), integration of rebate ventilators into new and existing windows, renewal of interior window sills, protection of historic window sills and fixtures, closing and insulating existing roller shutter boxes, installation of vertical awnings with grid fabric, retrofitting sun protection on existing and new windows, and replacement of an existing wooden exterior swing door with transom are planned. For Olgastraße 13, a listed office building, the contract includes the partial replacement of existing windows according to historic replica in plaster and natural stone facade, refurbishment of windows replaced after 2010, and maintenance work on existing windows (fine adjustment, skylight maintenance, tilt-and-turn fitting maintenance, seal renewal). Also included are the integration of rebate ventilators into new and existing windows, renewal of interior window sills, protection of historic window sills and fixtures, replacement of existing glazing with insulating glazing in historic windows, installation of night cooling and RWA in new windows or retrofitting in existing windows, closing and insulating existing roller shutter boxes, installation of vertical awnings with grid fabric, retrofitting sun protection on existing and new windows, and replacement of the textile on existing sun protection. For both locations, site setup, maintenance, and clearing, as well as workshop drawings, sampling, and performance-related documentation are required. Additionally, maintenance services are part of the procedure.
