Carpentry, sheet metal, and roofing works for the modernization of Olgastraße 9 and 13: Olgastraße 9 (listed building, conversion to residential, hip roof with central section approx. 187m² and two end sections total approx. 165m²): Complete demolition of tile roofing, support and counter battens including sheet metal components (snow guards, downpipes, gutters), demolition of roof windows. Strengthening of the supporting structure and connection of the two ridge purlins in the central section. New roofing with beaver tail tiles including support and counter battens. Insulation of the central section, production of four new dormers with copper cladding in the central section. Installation of nesting boxes for swifts and bats in the end section. Renewal of sheet metal components (snow guards, downpipes, gutters, insect screens). Production and installation of a new single-flight solid wood staircase including landing in the central section. Roof windows and smoke and heat exhaust systems (RWA) including opening creation, partly with sun protection. Olgastraße 13 (listed office building, mansard roof total approx. 1,550m²): Complete demolition of the upper and lower existing roof down to rafter level including roof tile covering, battens, and sheet metal components (snow guards, downpipes, gutters). Creation of an escape route opening and an insertion opening for a ventilation unit. Demolition of roof windows. New roofing for the upper roof (approx. 960m²) including thermal insulation at the eaves, support and counter battens, beaver tail roof tiles. New roofing for the lower roof including thermal insulation on the exterior wall, eaves, and in existing wood construction, counter and support battens, beaver tail roof tiles (each 590m²). Demolition and new copper cladding for dormer sheet metal, new production and installation of weather protection grilles. Alignment of the supporting structure including rafters and central purlin, inspection and repair of damaged rafters and trimmers. Closing of a ceiling breakthrough for a ventilation unit. Renewal of sheet metal components (snow guards, gutters, downpipes, insect screens).
