Catering services for the off-site departments of Bács-Kiskun County Teaching Hospital at Balaton u. 17, 6000 Kecskemét: Patient catering (breakfast, morning snack, lunch, and dinner) for a minimum of 51,100 persons/year, including 51,000 portions of hot lunch per year. Meals must be provided every day of the year, minimum 4 times daily, with dietary meals if necessary, which will be 5 times daily if required by dietary needs. Breakfast and morning snack must reach the patient ward by 7:00 AM; lunch and dinner by 11:30 AM. Breakfast and morning snack can be delivered together; meals are cold, liquids are required in hot and cold form. Lunch and dinner can be delivered together; lunch is always hot, dinner is cold. A one-day fluid supply must be provided. The contractor must provide all necessary equipment for food distribution, transport, and consumption (cutlery, plates, glasses, etc.). Daily quantities: Patient catering (minimum four times daily: breakfast, morning snack, lunch, and dinner) for an average of 140 persons/day, according to dietitian's instructions. This includes minimum four meals daily for an average of 110 persons and minimum five meals daily for an average of 30 persons. A total average of 140 persons/day receive ready meals in single-portion packaging. Portion numbers depend on the daily number of inpatients, which the hospital dietitian sends by email to the contractor's designated contact person by 10:00 AM the previous day. Services include the full provision of patient catering, provision of appropriate dietary meals for medically certified diet patients (multiple diets may be required depending on the patient's condition), procurement of cooking ingredients, food preparation, and delivery of food to patient wards on individual trays (in individual packaging) addressed by name. The contract duration is one year, with an option for extension by another year if the contracting authority is satisfied. The contracting authority is entitled to extend the contract by an additional 12 months by a unilateral written declaration addressed to the successful bidder, communicated no later than 30 days before the expiry of the fixed term of the contract. In case of contract extension, the successful bidder is entitled to index the unit prices forming the basis of the consideration at the anniversary as follows: a) 50% weighting of the food inflation published by KSH (ksh.hu table 01.1) and b) 50% weighting of the gross average earnings data published by KSH (ksh.hu total column, previous year's data=100% Q1-Q4).
