This includes account management, all types of money transactions, access to the online banking system, bank accounts for funds and legacies, all types of deposits for deposit accounts (e.g., in connection with land/property transactions), advice on daily banking, other transactions such as cash deposits, night safe deposits, national bank transfers, Visa/Dankort, MasterCards, and a credit facility. Portfolio management involves the administration of approximately 87 million DKK currently invested in Danish bonds and shares via investment certificates, including ongoing reporting in accordance with the municipality's financial policy. The contract becomes effective upon signature and expires on February 28, 2033, with service commencement on March 1, 2027. The contract is irrevocable for the first 18 months; thereafter, the municipality can terminate with 6 months' notice, and the bank with 12 months' notice. Contract implementation is required before service commencement.
