Construction of the District Fire Department Headquarters with Rescue and Firefighting Unit in Nysa

Construction of the new headquarters for the District State Fire Service in Nysa with a Rescue and Firefighting Unit: Erection of the District Fire Department (PSP) and Rescue and Firefighting Unit building, a crisis warehouse, a temporary humanitarian aid facility, a freestanding training staircase, a retention tank, as well as technical infrastructure and landscaping. The complex is classified as a Category III district PSP headquarters. The scope of services includes the entire investment process, comprising construction works, delivery and installation of all machinery, equipment, and systems, their commissioning (mechanical and technological startups), achieving control parameters, staff training, submission of acceptance documentation (including as-built documentation and instructions), acceptance of construction works, and obtaining the final occupancy permit. Comprehensive staff training is required for the operation of applied technologies, HVAC, BMS, security systems, fire protection systems, alarm systems, access control, and emergency procedures; training protocols serve as acceptance documents.
