Construction of the eastern bypass of Biała Podlaska: The first stage includes the expansion of the existing Al. Solidarności from the intersection with DK 2 to kilometer 2+140 and the construction of a new road section towards the existing military airport. The works comprise all necessary elements for efficient and safe traffic flow, a drainage system, lighting, and the relocation of conflicting underground and above-ground utility networks.
