Construction works for Manilla Pier and Itäinen rantakatu: Demolition of the existing wooden Manilla pier; construction of a new concrete quay wall, raising the shoreline to the current street level; relocation of the existing pontoon pier in front of the wooden pier to its original location at Sotalaisenkatu; restoration of the pier's surface structures and equipment; cladding of the river-side surface of the new concrete quay wall with an artwork; construction of seating stairs and access to a new pontoon pier for small boat traffic at Merimiehenkatu; execution of street construction works according to plans; further items as per the tender documents.
