Construction of an Organic Recycling Plant for Bio-waste Fermentation
Construction of an organic recycling plant for bio-waste fermentation: Design, obtaining required administrative decisions, supply, execution, assembly, commissioning, and handover of the plant for operation. The works will be carried out on the premises of Łużyckie Centrum Recyklingu Sp. z o.o. in Marszów, plot no. 175/1, district 0013. The project is to be delivered under a 'design and build' contract and must not disrupt the plant's operation. Detailed requirements are outlined in the Functional-Utility Program (PFU), Attachment No. 11 to the SWZ; in case of discrepancies, PFU provisions take precedence.
