Construction of a Sports Hall for the Zlín Gymnasium and Language School

Construction work for a sports hall at the Zlín Gymnasium and Language School: Demolition and disposal of an existing building and paved areas; new construction of a two-story sports hall with partial basement, connected to the school building by a connecting passage. The hall includes in the basement secondary teacher changing rooms, disabled-accessible toilets, technical and cleaning rooms, an elevator, 4 athlete changing rooms (2 of which are disabled-accessible) each with toilet, washroom, and showers, a two-tier grandstand with continuous benches, equipment rooms, and a cleaning room. On the upper floor are fitness rooms, a preparation area for the running track, and a running track (partially on cantilevers, partially suspended by steel rods), a disabled-accessible emergency toilet, a cleaning room, EPS and UPS rooms. The building features a staircase with access to the flat roof, where technical units are installed behind a soundproof wall. Furthermore, connection to the unified sewage system and site distribution with retention, new paved areas, and landscaping are included.
