Construction of a Sports Hall for the Zlín Gymnasium and Language School

Demolition and construction of a sports hall for the Zlín Gymnasium and Language School: Demolition of existing buildings and paved areas; new construction of a two-story sports hall, partially embedded into the sloping terrain and connected to the school building. The hall is divided into a 1st basement level and a 1st above-ground level. The 1st basement level includes secondary teacher changing rooms, toilets (including disabled-accessible), cleaning and technology rooms, an elevator, and a staircase; 4 athlete changing rooms (each with toilet, washroom, showers), 2 of which are disabled-accessible; a two-tier grandstand with continuous benches; equipment rooms and a hall cleaning room along the west facade. The 1st above-ground level features fitness rooms, a preparation room for the running track, and a running track (partially cantilevered, partially suspended); a disabled-accessible emergency toilet, cleaning room, EPS room, and UPS room. The staircase leads to a landing with access to the flat roof, which houses technical equipment behind a soundproof wall. Engineering structures include the connection to the unified sewage system and campus distribution with retention. Additionally, new paved areas and landscaping will be created.
