Shell construction works for the conversion and extension of Heinrich-Neuy-Schule: site setup, earthworks, concrete works, scaffolding works, masonry works, demolition works. New construction of a school building with ground floor approx. 550 m² (floor height approx. 3.50 m), 1st upper floor approx. 550 m² (floor height approx. 3.50 m), 2nd upper floor approx. 500 m², and roof area approx. 700 m² (cross/gable roof). New construction of a canteen with ground floor approx. 400 m² (floor height approx. 3.30 m) and roof area approx. 400 m² (flat roof, adjacent to an existing monopitch roof). The ground floor slab will be made of waterproof concrete.
