Construction of a covered grandstand with ancillary facilities for a sports complex in Łódź: Erection of a grandstand for an athletics stadium with a covered spectator area for 1,205 spectators and 9 persons with disabilities (expandable to 1,345 spectators), including ancillary facilities located under the grandstand, construction of communication routes, and remaining site development, including elements of small architecture, technical infrastructure, and new green planting. Completion must be by 15.01.2028. An advance payment of up to 70% of the total gross remuneration is possible against a bank or insurance guarantee.
