Construction works for a multi-family residential complex with infrastructure, Stage II, in Wieliszew: Erection of buildings 7 to 10 with 92 residential units and service units on the ground floor of buildings 7 and 8, including site development. The overall project comprises 15 buildings with 375 apartments and 5 service units, single or double-staircase buildings with pitched roofs and usable attics, technical rooms in underground garages, waste rooms outside the buildings, 244 external parking spaces, 15 underground garages, and 14 disabled parking spaces. Works include earthworks, landscaping, road construction, sewerage, telephone lines, scaffolding, concrete repair, masonry, roofing, electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, gas, and fire protection installations, carpentry, and playground development.
