Construction works for an open metal canopy: Protection for 5 units of cargo/specialized machinery (parking spaces), located at the southern end of the property. The supporting structure is steel. The roof is single-slope (10% incline) for rainwater drainage to the east and covered with LT sheet metal. Plan dimensions are 18.20 m x 14.60 m. Eaves height is +4.86 m, ridge height is +6.45 m. The canopy is to be built on the existing pavement. Construction and installation works will be executed according to an investment project in the "Technical Project" phase. Building permit No. 119 dated 12.05.2026 has been issued. The construction is Category V. Detailed quantities are described in the bill of quantities within the tender documents.
