Testing of electrical protective equipment: periodic and extraordinary electrical tests of personal and collective protective equipment (EZS) at UMER Shumen facilities (Shumen and Targovishte departments). This includes insulating operating rods, insulating rods for portable earthing devices, voltage indicators, phasing indicators, dielectric gloves, dielectric boots above 1000V, and dielectric overshoes up to 1000V. Tests are conducted according to Ordinance No. 22 of 08.05.2006. The contract duration is 60 months, starting no earlier than 01.01.2027.
