Construction of a DN1800 LONTY combined sewer with associated infrastructure

Construction of a combined sewer DN1000mm – DN2200mm using PEHD structural pipes and reinforced concrete pipes with internal PE-HD lining, total length approx. 2,081.60 m, including associated infrastructure and an emergency overflow 2xDN1200mm to the Przemsza river. The construction includes: approx. 1,226.5 m of combined sewer DN2200-1000 with PEHD SN8 pipes using open trench method, approx. 20.8 m of combined sewer DN1800 with reinforced concrete pipes and internal PE-HD lining using open trench method, and approx. 834.3 m of combined sewer DN1800 with reinforced concrete pipes and internal PE-HD lining using trenchless microtunneling. Materials are to be supplied by the contractor. The service is to be performed according to technical specifications and project documentation, which also covers the design for the intersection of an existing raw water collector Dz980 with the planned DN1800 LONTY collector, the 2xDN1200 outflow into the Przemsza river, the securing of temporary chambers with steel sheet piles and bracing frames, and the reconstruction of conflicting SN networks.
