Construction of a new gynecological-obstetric complex: Realization of the construction project according to project documentation for the joint permit (Annex 2) and subsequent project documentation for construction execution (Annex 4), under the conditions of the valid joint permit (Annex 3). The works include necessary construction and engineering activities on the client's premises during its operation. The contract for work is based on the FIDIC Red Book Conditions of Contract, 1st edition, 1999, in Czech translation by CACE. Detailed specifications are provided in the tender documents.
