Construction of a new technical facility in Gliwice, ul. Bojkowska 39, under a "design and build" system: Preparation of design documentation, including a detailed multi-branch design concept, demolition project with permit acquisition, building project (site development, architectural-construction project, technical project) with building permit acquisition, executive project, investor bills of quantities and cost estimates, technical specifications for execution and acceptance, as-built documentation, operational documentation for the building and equipment, siding operation regulations agreed with PKP PLK S.A., fire scenario agreed with the State Fire Service. Execution of basic construction works, including preparatory, demolition, securing, ancillary, and cleaning works. The contractor is responsible for obtaining power supply conditions, acceptance conditions, collision removal conditions, and all legally required approvals and agreements. The investment involves the design, construction, and equipping of a technical facility for railway rolling stock maintenance ("Nowe Zaplecze Techniczne - Baza KŚ Gliwice - Bojków") with internal installations (water-sewage, central heating, mechanical ventilation, compressed air, electrical, and telecommunication) and site development, including pedestrian paths, an internal road, parking, a sand silo, fencing, demolition of existing objects and technical infrastructure elements, construction of external installations (water-sewage, storm drainage, electrical, external lighting, telecommunication, railway control systems), reconstruction of conflicting existing utility installations, construction of connections, and construction of the track system and traction network at ul.
