Construction of a new technical facility in Gliwice

Design, construction, and equipping of a new technical facility for railway rolling stock maintenance in Gliwice, Bojkowska 39, under a design-and-build system. This includes the preparation of all project documentation (detailed multi-branch design concept, demolition, building, executive, as-built, and operational documentation, quantity surveys, investor cost estimates, technical specifications, siding operation regulations, fire scenario), obtaining all necessary permits (demolition, building permit, connection conditions, collision removal, other legally required consents). Construction works include preparatory, demolition, securing, ancillary, and cleaning works. The project involves internal installations (water-sewage, central heating, mechanical ventilation, compressed air, electrical, telecommunication) and site development with pedestrian paths, an internal road, parking, a sand silo, fencing, demolition of existing infrastructure, construction of external installations (water-sewage, storm drainage, electrical, external lighting, telecommunication, railway traffic control), reconstruction of conflicting existing utility installations, construction of connections, and construction of the track system and traction network. The overall project is not divided into lots.
