Construction of a Special School and Educational Center in Sanok, Phase II: includes comprehensive interior and exterior finishing works, installation works of all trades (internal and external), installation of joinery, landscaping according to the project, installation of a photovoltaic system, construction of a rainwater collector to the San river, and construction of an underground fire protection tank. Also, supply and installation of equipment for landscaping elements, sports fields, recreation areas, parking lots, school perimeter lighting, and external fencing. Supply and potential installation of rehabilitation devices, office and didactic laboratory equipment, gym equipment, dormitory and canteen equipment, with details to be agreed with the contracting authority. Installation of a photovoltaic system on the building roof and construction of a containerized transformer station according to the electricity supplier's conditions. The object is currently in an open shell state after Phase I. The contractor is required to submit a detailed interior design project for approval. Remuneration is a lump sum based on the technical documentation; the bill of quantities serves as an aid. further items as per the tender documents
