Construction of Utility Ring (Power, Communications, Water, Sewage) for Poland Nuclear Power Plant

Procurement and construction of temporary power, communications, potable water, raw water, and sewage networks to support the construction of the Poland Nuclear Power Plant on the Baltic Sea coast: Installation of a 15 kV MV cable line (12/20 kV cables) including earthworks (18,500 m), construction of a cable duct system (2 x HDPE Ø40, 7,000 m), construction of a water pipeline made of PE100 (5,000 m), construction of a pressure pipeline with a diameter from 110x6.6 mm to 250x14.8 mm installed by open trench excavation including all associated earthworks (2,000 m). Services include preparation of submittals for material and construction method approval, material procurement, construction of the utility networks in the field according to Bechtel’s requirements, coordination with other subcontractors, survey-layout, and provision of all required tools, equipment, labor, supervision, technical and professional services, materials, and consumables. Detailed design will be provided by Bechtel. Required qualifications: ISO 9001 or equivalent, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, compliance with Polish Law and National Standards. Proposals may be provided in EURO, PLN, USD as firm fixed unit rates. Prequalification requires documented experience in large projects under difficult ground conditions and registration in Bechtel's iSupplier portal (commodity code UB00), further items as per the tender documents.
