Construction and operation of a stationary water meter reading system for the cities of Ruda Śląska and Świętochłowice: The system uses Narrowband technology (NB-IoT or LTE.CAT.M) in licensed radio bands for data transmission. It is intended for continuous acquisition of water meter readings, monitoring and automatic analysis of the received data, direct transfer to the contracting authority's integrated systems, and making them available to service recipients. Data reception must occur at least once per day. Implementation will be gradual, in stages; further details are described in the tender documents (Annex No. 1 to the SWZ).
