Construction and installation works: Demolition of linoleum (600 m²), sinks (10 pcs), toilet bowls (15 pcs), wall mixer taps (20 pcs), galvanized pipes 1/2" to 1" (30 m), light switches or sockets (50 pcs), light fixtures (50 pcs), cast iron radiators up to 10 sections (5 pcs); lifting and disconnecting cables (10 working days); delivery and installation of light switches (single, serial, 50 pcs each), Schuko sockets (50 pcs), white porcelain sinks up to 55 cm (50 pcs), sink taps (50 pcs), shower taps (45 pcs), white toilet bowls with rear outlet (25 pcs), automatic toilet flushers (10 pcs), sink siphons (70 pcs); delivery and installation of PPR water pipes Ø 20 for cold water PN16 (30 m), PPR water pipes Ø 20 for hot water PN20 (40 m), PPR water pipes Ø 20 for cold water (50 m), PPR water pipes Ø 20 for hot water (50 m); delivery and installation of PPR stopcocks Ø 20 (20 pcs), 1/2" ball valves (20 pcs), PVC pipes Ø 50 (30 m), brass floor drains Ø 50 (10 pcs), flexible connections Ø 110 (50 pcs); delivery and laying of linoleum flooring 2.5 mm thick with textile backing (400 m²); double painting with latex paint on walls and ceilings (500 m²), with alkyd paint on walls (200 m²) and on wooden surfaces (100 m²), with facade paint on facades (100 m²); application of gypsum plaster on walls (50 m²), plastering on walls and ceilings (100 m²); delivery and installation of aluminum doors 90/200 cm with chipboard filling (30 pcs), aluminum doors 80/200 cm (10 pcs), four-chamber white PVC windows with insulating glazing (U-value 1.7 W/m²K) and aluminum window sills (160 m²), PVC window handles (10 pcs), PVC window hinges (20 pcs); manufacturing, delivery and installation of 24 mm insulating glazing (U-value 1.7 W/m²K) (20 m²); delivery and installation of suspended ceilings with 60/60 grid (150 m²); transport and disposal of construction waste (100 m³); mechanized excavation in earth (5 m³); loading and removal of earth masses to landfill (5 m³); delivery and construction of formwork (10 m²); contract duration up to 12 months or until the maximum contract value is exhausted; estimated quantities; further items as per the tender documents.
