Construction of two multi-family residential buildings (2A and 2B) with infrastructure, external networks, and landscaping in Jelenia Góra

Comprehensive turnkey construction of two multi-family residential buildings (No. 2A and 2B) according to TBS standards and technical conditions, including the preparation of executive designs for the buildings and the entire external technical infrastructure. The scope covers the installation of internal sanitary, electrical, and telecommunication systems, as well as external sanitary, electrical, and telecommunication networks and installations. Furthermore, it includes landscaping with a public access road, a fire water tank with its infrastructure, roads, sidewalks, parking spaces, small architectural elements, and a playground. The underground technical infrastructure comprises the reconstruction of the rainwater collector (separate procedure), the construction of a water supply network with external installations, a sanitary sewage network with external installations and a sewage pumping station (if necessary), an external rainwater drainage installation, a hydrant installation for external fire fighting, external electrical installations for buildings and fire equipment, telecommunication ducting, and lighting installations. Also included is the reconstruction of the lower heat source installation with its connection to the two planned multi-family residential buildings. The contractor must obtain the occupancy permit. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 20.07.2026 at 12:00; failure to participate will lead to the rejection of the offer. The investment is located at ul.
